Early October the Havana Park District maintenance staff worked diligently to renovate the playground equipment at Rice Park, 10th Street Park, and Rockwell Park. You can see how much work they put in from the before and after images. Though, the pictures does not do any justice. Whenever you get a chance to take your family and friends out to one of the parks take a look at the paint work. With the paint chipping away on the decades old playground equipment it was not an easy task to complete. It took the Park maintenance staff over three weeks to chip and repaint all of the equipment. Thank you so much to the maintenance staff for their hard work!
